Version 2026-11-05
The Floorcraft ballroom directory is a free public listing of ballroom and Latin dance studios and teachers, city by city. These terms explain what happens when you list yourself.
By listing, you agree that Floorcraft may contact you each month to keep your schedule up to date, may show, market and promote your classes and listing, and may contact you about the Floorcraft app.
Your name, city, where you teach, the styles you teach, whether you give private lessons, your website if you add one, and your classes. Your email address and phone number are never shown publicly.
When a student asks about your classes, Floorcraft emails their message to you so you can reply directly. A copy is kept, and if you later create a Floorcraft account, those messages move into it.
Every monthly email has a private link to update your classes or take your listing down. You can also reply to any email from us.
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you. Your listing stays up unless you remove it.
Only list classes you actually run. Every listing is checked automatically, and anyone can report one. A reported listing is hidden while Floorcraft reviews it.
Listing is free. Floorcraft may offer paid tools for studios separately, but you never have to buy anything to stay listed.
