Sessions booked, packages tracked, parents billed. Without you.
Recurring sessions, prepaid packages, and one clear bill per family, so the coordinating stops eating the hours you meant to spend teaching.
Floorcraft for Tutoring is not open for self-serve signup yet. Leave your details and we will let you know when it opens.
The engineering behind Floorcraft
Sound familiar?
If any of this is you, you are in the right place.
- Parents book by text, you keep the schedule in your head, and something eventually collides.
- Prepaid hours are tracked in a spreadsheet nobody trusts, so nobody is sure how many are left.
- A family with two students in different programs gets two invoices and asks you to explain them.
Why Floorcraft
Built to actually get you there.
Recurring sessions and one-off bookings in the same calendar, with reschedule and no-show rules you set once.
Prepaid packages and balances that draw down automatically, visible to the family, so nobody has to be told how many sessions are left.
One family account across every student and program, with a single running tab instead of separate invoices.
Reminders that go out on their own, which is the cheapest thing you can do about no-shows.
What we build toward
“I was the scheduling department, the billing department, and the tutor. Two of those jobs now happen without me.”
Good questions
The things people ask first.
Can parents book their own sessions?
Yes, and inside the limits you set. You choose whether booking is instant, needs your approval, or starts as a message, and the same rules cover rescheduling and cancellations.
How are prepaid hours handled?
A package is a real balance that draws down as sessions are used, and both you and the family can see what is left, so the count is never something either side has to reconstruct.
We have families with several students. Is that one bill?
Yes. One family account holds every student and program, and everything owed for the period sits on a single running tab rather than arriving as separate invoices.
